BRITTANY PETERSON

Multi-Site Community Manager

Brittany joined the team in 2022 after spending 8 years in the property management industry. She has experience overseeing a multitude of mixed-use properties in the greater Seattle area. Her passion is in the heart of the city and loves developing communities that can take advantage of all that Seattle has to offer.

She moved to the pacific northwest from northern California after obtaining her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing. She loves the outdoors whether it is skiing, biking, hiking, or simply enjoying the natural beauty that surrounds Seattle. 

In 2021, Brittany earned her CAM certification and plans on continuing her education to achieve a CAPS certificate in 2022. She is dedicated to never stop learning, adapting, and growing with the ever-changing real estate market.

JOSÉ ROSILES

Maintenance Supervisor

José is the Maintenance Supervisor at Dunn Motors building where his dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship and his commitment to building lasting relationships ensure that our buildings are maintained to the highest standards.

Originally from Mexico, José established his home in Washington State several years ago. In his spare time, he enjoys maintaining his personal garden and relaxing with his family. With over 15 years of experience in the roofing industry, José’s presence and expertise make him a valueable asset to our team.

Jackson Karr

Leasing Manager

Jackson Karr joined the Hunters Capital team in 2024 as the Leasing Manager of the Dunn Motors Building. With a degree in Real Estate from the University of Washington, Jackson’s passion for real estate and property management provides him with the necessary expertise to provide quality experiences for the community at Dunn Motors. Throughout his entire role, Jackson embraces the value of relationships with Hunters Capital tenants, employees, and residents in Capitol Hill.

Beyond his professional background, Jackson has a knack for growing communities. In 2023, he commissioned a local wiffle ball league, which has since blossomed into a national sensation! Even earning a feature on ESPN. This impressive achievement speaks volumes about Jackson’s leadership and ability to foster connections. Jackson has an adventurous spirit that is evident in his love for sports like wiffle ball, soccer, football, and backpacking.

Melissa Barajas

Assistant Community Manager

Melissa joined Hunters Capital in January 2022 as an Assistant Community Manager. Melissa started her residential property management career with Avenue 5 and specializes in leasing. As a Capitol Hill resident she is thrilled to welcome people home to her neighborhood. She loves that property management allows her to build up the community and develop relationships with residents & vendors.

As a first-generation immigrant, Melissa spent time in Mexico before moving to the Pacific Northwest in 2005. From 2020 to 2021, she dipper her toes into entrepreneurship by starting her own residential and commercal Insurance Agency. In 2021, she moved on from her business to further her career in the property management industry. When she is not in the mountains with her dog Odie, she can be found in the gym mor at her favorite hot yoga studio.
